MERCHANDISE NOTICE

In order to maintain a high-quality show, exhibitors are asked to only display items classified as antiques or collectibles (out of production).

Items must be an Antique or a good, out-of-production collectible. NO REPRODUCTIONS will be permitted.

Management reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove any items from display that do not meet this criteria.

* If paid by the season, DISCOUNT VOIDED if season is not completed.

* Second Exhibitors who wish to share a booth must also sign a contract. Additional $25 fee applies.

* 2 adults per booth limit (except in the event of an emergency or with management approval).

PAYMENT

Exhibitor space may be reserved by mailing a contract and fees in full prior to desired show deadline. You will be confirmed by postcard or telephone.
Exhibitors should pay rent for subsequent shows at the Promoter's Desk PRIOR TO LEAVING THE CURRENT SHOW weekend. The Promoter's Desk is open show weekends only, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All rent fees are considered late 6 calendar days following each show.

CANCELLATIONS

!! NO CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE SHOW. ENTIRE BOOTH RENT COMES DUE.

!! A $10 service fee is charged for any show cancellation.

!! A dealer who fails to show forfeits all fees due.

!! Management reserves the right to re-assign any space unoccupied at 7:30 am the Sunday Morning of the show.

!! Please do not attempt to contact management at our Grand Rapids Location during the weekend of the show.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

RESERVATIONS

Exhibitor Space may be reserved by mailing a signed contract and fees in full prior to desired show deadline. You will be confirmed by postcard and/or phone.
Established, regular dealers may reserve their space with a $50 deposit prior to show deadline.
Contracts for the first show of the season (April) should be mailed by February 15th.

VEHICLES

Window Cards must be visible on the dash of all dealer's vehicles.
If a second vehicle is necessary, exhibitors MUST ARRANGE FOR THIS IN ADVANCE.
Second vehicles must be parked in the lower parking area or the "race track" parking area.
Large Vehicles which may not fit in your space should be parked in a designated parking area. Please contact us in advance to make proper arrangements for parking of large vehicles or a larger space.

EXHIBITOR SETUP & SHOW SCHEDULE

Exhibitors may begin setting up AFTER 11:00 AM on the Saturday of the show weekend.
Exhibitors entering on Sunday morning are asked to use the Davis Street Entrance.
Exhibitors may exit and enter on a 24hour basis any time after Saturday through the guarded (Davis) gates. Buildings shall be secured and guarded (security provided) between the hours of 8:30pm and 5:30am.
The gates open to the general public Sunday at 8:00 am. Dealers should be in their booths by 7:45 AM. The show runs until 4pm.
Exhibitors are asked to be professional and are requested not to begin packing until after 4pm. Please be professional.
Please remove all trash and materials from your booth before leaving.

LODGING & ACCOMMODATIONS

Exhibitors staying in town should reference our lodging reference page for assistance and recommendations.
Exhibitors who wish to stay on the grounds overnight may do so. A $5 fee for electrical hookup applies.

TABLE DISCLAIMER

Exhibitors are responsible for inspecting tables for proper function prior to use and are expected not to overload tables beyond their capacity.
Exhibitors are advised that setting up tables on uneven or soft surfaces may also cause failure.
AAM Management assumes no responsibility for the functionality or exhibitor use of the tables.
Table coverings should be used by all dealers. Please no bare tables. Chairs are not furnished.

LIGHTING

Buildings have good lighting and outlets are available for exhibitors wishing to utilize additional lighting in their displays.

FIRST AID

Basic first aid is available on the grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Exhibitors with medical conditions which may required advanced first aid are requested to inform management in the event an emergency arises.

NO ADVERTISING

NO Distribution of contracts or advertising on the premises unless preapproved by show management.
